They may be gone but they'll never be forgotten!
Gone doesn't necessarily mean passed away. 
Some will never leave BCR while other could very well. We are thoughtful of where they go and it has to be good for everyone. We are very selective at take it on a case-by-case basis. 
We have re-homed quite a few and for various reasons. 
We don't take it lightly and there is always a period of sadness we endure. We have on a few occasions Gifted a Girl and lately we have begun retirement earlier so as they have many quality years as a Companion and Gun Dog.
