Craig began his Field Trial Derby carrier with a 2nd place 9/27/2019 in first trial at 14 months old. A few months later earned a Qualifying 3rd place in first Qualifying trial at 19 months old. Craig made the 2020 National Derby list, averaging over 1 point per trial. Despite Covid 19. Criag's Hunt Test went well going 6 for 6 for Master Hunter title at 25 months of age. Followed with a QAA at 27 months old with a 2nd place finish at Back Bay Fall Field Trial. Switching gears Craig was 7 for 7 to earn HRCH title with the Hunting Retrievers Club.
He has performed well in National Events by Passing his first Master National Oct 2021 in McCall Idaho. The next Spring he passed first of 2 UKC Grands in 2022. First the Spring 2022 followed by Passing his Second grand at Music City October 26, 2022, for his Grand Hunting Retriever title. The first litter he sired with Coco he hadn't earned the prestigious GRHRCH title yet. Knowing His Owner Rhett it was only a matter of time!
Coco is spoiled rotten. Shari constantly falls for Coco's antics. When all the others are ready to go to their runs and eat she will lag behind hoping to get to spend the night on the couch. She's very intelligent with great looks. She's made a couple of trips to hunt pheasants in South Dakota. She's a pheasant's worst nightmare. She has made some of the most memorable retrieves of some great hunts.
